The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is the world's largest early childhood education professional organization with a national network of state, local, and regional affiliates. There are more than 70,000 members worldwide working to bring high-quality early learning opportunities to all children from birth through age eight. South Dakota AEYC and its local chapters serve the needs of early childhood education professionals in the state of South Dakota.

WHO WE ARE

 

SDAEYC promotes high-quality care and early learning for all children, birth through age 8, by connecting practice, policy, and research. We advance a diverse, dynamic early childhood profession and support all who care for, educate, and work on behalf of young children.

MEMBERSHIP

 

Make the most of your membership and get involved! Your willingness to get involved plays an important role in maintaining programs and projects that will benefit young children. Membership in South Dakota AEYC also includes membership in NAEYC and your local chapter.

 

EVENTS

SDAEYC professional development activities are events that allow early care and education professionals, experts, interns and participants in every aspect of the Early Childhood Education field to gather and learn from one another.
